Daily limits can count against the delivery date the customer chooses, not the day they ordered — so a production day fills up honestly.

- ✨ **New (Advanced):** A product's **daily limit can now count against the delivery date** the customer picks, rather than the date the order was placed. "Maximum 10 per day" becomes ten for Friday and ten for Saturday, however early those orders arrive.
- ✨ **New (Advanced):** **Variants count separately.** Ten medium cakes and fourteen large, from one product — because a large cake is not the same work as a medium.
- ✨ **New (Advanced):** **Delivery and in-store pickup share one daily cap.** Ten for Friday is ten across both, not ten of each.
- ✨ **New:** Shoppers see **how many are left for a date**, and a date that cannot fit their cart shows as unavailable — so they choose again before building a cart rather than being turned back at checkout.
- ✨ **New:** The Products table shows a product's **most constrained upcoming date** — "Fri 14 Nov · 9/10" — instead of a usage percentage, which would read 0% while next Saturday was full.
- 🚀 **Improved:** The setting travels through **bulk edit and CSV** as a "Count By" column. A CSV without it imports as order-date counting, exactly as before.
- 🚀 **Improved:** **Cancelling an order returns its capacity** to the delivery date it was booked for.

This is the difference between an order limit and a production capacity limit. An order limit describes how many orders you want to take; a capacity limit describes how much you can actually make on a given day. A bakery taking Friday cake orders all week has a Friday problem, not a Monday problem — and counting by order date made Monday look quiet while Friday was already full.

Only the daily limit changes basis. Weekly and monthly limits still count by order date.
