Limit customers by **total weight**, and fine-tune how delivery dates behave.

- ✨ **New (Pro):** Limit customers by **total weight** over a period — for example, "no more than 40 lb per customer every 30 days." Adds a **Total weight** limit type and a **Rolling 30 days** period alongside daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime.
- 🚀 **Improved (Advanced):** Delivery dates — choose **one delivery date for the whole order** instead of per item, **cap the number of orders per delivery date**, and display dates in **MM-DD-YYYY** for US stores.
- 🐛 **Fixed:** A round of delivery polish — calendar weekday alignment on themes that re-render the page, pickup-date handling, and remaining-availability badge accuracy.
