## Start Your Day with a Snapshot

The daily summary email recaps yesterday's orders against your limits, so you know where things stand without opening the dashboard. It's included in the Pro plan and above.

## What Is Included

Each summary contains:

- **Orders placed** yesterday
- **Daily limit**, and how much of it was left
- **Orders this week** against your weekly limit (if you have one)
- **Orders this month** against your monthly limit (if you have one)
- A link to your dashboard

The subject line gives you the headline, for example: `📊 2026-10-11: 48 orders`.

### What the summary covers

| Line | Contents |
|---|---|
| Orders placed | Yesterday's total orders |
| Daily limit | Your daily cap, and what was left of it |
| Orders this week | Weekly count against your weekly limit, when set |
| Orders this month | Monthly count against your monthly limit, when set |

"Yesterday" is the previous day in your store's timezone, so the numbers match your dashboard counters.

## How to Enable

1. Go to **Settings** from the dashboard
2. Scroll to **Notification Settings**
3. Make sure your **Notification email** is entered
4. Check **Daily order summary**
5. Click **Save**

The summary goes to the same address as your capacity alerts.

## When It Arrives

The email is sent once a day, at around **08:00 UTC**. It covers the previous day in your store's timezone.

If you do not see it:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify the Notification email in Settings
- Make sure **Daily order summary** is checked
- Confirm your store is on the Pro plan or above

## Disabling the Summary

If you prefer not to receive it, uncheck **Daily order summary** in Settings and save.

## Tips

- Use the daily summary to spot trends without logging into the dashboard every day
- If you consistently see 95%+ capacity, it might be time to increase your limits
- Use a shared inbox or group address so your team gets the same email
