Weight-based purchase limits + delivery refinements

Limit customers by total weight, and fine-tune how delivery dates behave.

• ✨ New (Pro): Limit customers by total weight over a period — for example, "no more than 40 lb per customer every 30 days." Adds a Total weight limit type and a Rolling 30 days period alongside daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime.
• 🚀 Improved (Advanced): Delivery dates — choose one delivery date for the whole order instead of per item, cap the number of orders per delivery date, and display dates in MM-DD-YYYY for US stores.
• 🐛 Fixed: A round of delivery polish — calendar weekday alignment on themes that re-render the page, pickup-date handling, and remaining-availability badge accuracy.
