No. The Starter plan is completely free with no credit card required. Pro and Advanced offer a 14-day free trial — also no credit card needed, since billing runs through Shopify.
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Advanced subscription at any time through your Shopify Admin. No cancellation fees, no hassle. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Billing is handled entirely by Shopify through their secure billing system. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice: Pro at $9.99/month or $95.90/year, Advanced at $19.99/month or $191.90/year.
After your 14-day trial, your paid plan starts automatically. If you'd prefer not to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Yes. You can move between Starter, Pro and Advanced at any time from your OrderRules dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
