What each metric tells you
| Metric | What it answers | Act on it when |
|---|---|---|
| Order volume | How many orders, and what time they arrive | Orders cluster at one hour β staff for it or move your cutoff |
| Capacity usage | How much of your limit you actually use | Consistently at 100% β raise that day's cap in the Calendar |
| Product performance | What sells, and what gets blocked | One product blocks often β raise its limit or its production |
| Customer behaviour | Repeat rate, limit hits, guest vs logged-in | Limits are hit constantly β the cap may be tighter than it needs to be |
Every view exports to CSV for the date range you pick, so you can take the same breakdown into a spreadsheet.
