Hand Shipment Data to Yamato, Sagawa & Japan Post via CSV (Shopify)

For Japanese Shopify merchants, the slow part of fulfillment isn't packing — it's getting order data into the carrier's shipping tool. Re-typing addresses and delivery windows into B2クラウド, e飛伝III, or ゆうプリR by hand doesn't scale. OrderRules exports it for you, in each carrier's official CSV layout.

Three official layouts, Shift-JIS encoded

OrderRules (Advanced plan) exports to the exact formats each carrier's tool expects:

  • Yamato — B2クラウド (97 columns)
  • Sagawa — e飛伝III (74 columns)
  • Japan Post — ゆうプリR (118 columns)

Every file is Shift-JIS encoded — the encoding the carrier tools read — with one row per shipment, i.e. per distinct delivery date and time slot.

Set up a profile once

  1. Go to Delivery → Carrier CSV → Add profile and choose the carrier layout.
  2. Enter your carrier account details — billing code, freight/charge codes, shipper defaults. Saved per shop, so you enter them once.
  3. Optionally remap columns and map your delivery slot windows to each carrier's native slot codes (e.g. 14:00–16:00 → the carrier's afternoon code).
  4. Download a sample CSV and test-import it into the carrier tool before your first live batch.

Export by delivery date and slot

Because every order is auto-tagged delivery:YYYY-MM-DD and slot:HHMM-HHMM, filtering the exact shipments for a date or window is precise. Pick the profile, export, and upload the Shift-JIS file into B2クラウド / e飛伝III / ゆうプリR.

Close the loop: tracking import & auto-fulfillment

When the carrier returns tracking numbers, upload that shipment CSV under Delivery → Tracking import. OrderRules matches rows to orders by order number, creates fulfillments with the correct carrier tracking URL, and can notify customers automatically.

Why this matters

Most Japanese carrier-CSV apps ship one carrier; OrderRules ships all three — and pairs the export with delivery scheduling and order limits in the same app. Full walkthrough: Export shipments to carrier CSV · Tracking import & auto-fulfillment.
