Export shipments to carrier CSV (Yamato / Sagawa / Japan Post)

OrderRules exports your delivery orders into the official CSV layouts for Japan's three major carriers, ready to upload into each carrier's shipping tool. You set up a profile once, then export in a couple of clicks per batch.

Supported layouts

  • Yamato — B2クラウド (97 columns)
  • Sagawa — e飛伝III (74 columns)
  • Japan Post — ゆうプリR (118 columns)

All exports are Shift-JIS encoded (what the carrier tools expect) with one row per shipment. A single-date order is one row; an order whose items have different dates or slots gets one row per (delivery date, time slot).

Every export is Shift-JIS encoded — what the carrier tools expect — with one row per shipment.

1. Set up and test

The three carrier layouts are built in, so there's nothing to create before your first export.

  1. Open Delivery Dates → Orders & fulfillment → Carrier CSV export.
  2. Choose the Carrier (Yamato B2クラウド, Sagawa e飛伝III, or Japan Post ゆうプリR).
  3. Yamato users: click Manage & customize export profiles →, customize the Yamato preset, and enter your billing code (ご請求先顧客コード) and freight number (運賃管理番号). B2クラウド requires both, and you only enter them once.
  4. (Optional) Customize any preset the same way if your carrier account uses non-default fields: edit columns, fixed values, encoding, delimiter and date format.
  5. Click Download sample CSV and do a test import in your carrier tool before your first live batch.

Time slots map to the carrier's native slot codes automatically when a window matches one of the carrier's time bands (e.g. 14:00–16:00 → the carrier's 14–16時 code). The carrier presets in Time slot templates give you matching windows.

2. Export a batch

  1. On the same tab, choose the Carrier.
  2. Set Delivery from and Delivery to for the delivery dates you're shipping.
  3. Click Download CSV. You get a Shift-JIS CSV of the unfulfilled orders in that range, with one row per shipment. A single export is capped at 1,000 orders, so narrow the date range for big batches.
  4. Upload the file into the carrier's tool (B2クラウド / e飛伝III / ゆうプリR).

3. Import tracking numbers & auto-fulfill

After the carrier assigns tracking numbers:

  1. On the Orders & fulfillment tab, go to Import tracking numbers.
  2. Choose the Carrier and upload the carrier's shipment CSV (the file that includes tracking numbers). Click Preview matches.
  3. OrderRules matches rows to orders by order number. Click Apply tracking to create a fulfillment per order with the tracking number and the carrier's tracking URL, and tick Send shipping-confirmation email to customers if you want them notified.

Tips

  • Keep one customized profile per carrier account.
  • Always re-download a sample after changing a profile's columns.
  • Slot codes differ by carrier — use that carrier's preset in Time slot templates so your windows map cleanly.
